VMVTech e-sign

Self-contained PKCS#7 document signing (@vmvtech/esig-suite).

Signing requests arrive by email with a one-time link of the form /sign?document=<id>&token=<token>. Open the link, draw your signature, and submit — a PKCS#7-signed PDF is produced and stored, and an append-only audit row is written (ESIGN / UETA).

To create a signing request and email the to-do: npm run send-todo.
